An attorney who practices law in the Eastern District of Virginia can be admitted to the Western District and have all fees and appearances waived, by sending a Certificate of Good Standing from the Eastern District. Please call the Eastern District and have a Certficate of Good Standing with the raised Court seal sent to your law office. Attach a cover letter on the law office's letterhead and forward it along with the certificate to U.S. District Court Clerks Office, c/o Attorney Admissions, P.O. Box 1234, Roanoke, VA 24006. |
