Defendants In Custody

     In-custody defendants are now being held in three facilties: Bristol City Jail, Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon and Roanoke City Jail. Please be sure to confirm your client's location before traveling to a specific facility.

Proposed Orders

     All motions before Judge Sargent must be accompanied by a proposed order in word processing format forwarded to Judge Sargent and her judicial assistant, Robin Bordwine, by email.
