Please be advised that the three CJA application forms have been revised and are now fillable forms.  These forms:   the Criminal Justice Act Training Program Mentee Application; Application for Appointment; and Application for Reappointment  to the Panel of Attorneys Under the Criminal Justice Act are posted to the court's public website.
