Once granted admission to appear pro hac vice, the attorney must forthwith e-file a notice of appearance in the applicable case(s).

If you are not already a registered NextGen e-filer with the Western District of Virginia, please see Attorney Admission and/or E-File Registration for step-by-step instructions.

Unsure if you are a registered NextGen e-filer.  See How to verify if you are a registered NextGen E-Filer.

If you have an upgraded PACER account and have been previously provided an ECF login and password, you must link your VAWD ECF account to your upgraded PACER account.  Once that is completed, you will use your PACER username and password to log into the NextGen CM/ECF system to e-file in any case you are granted admission to appear pro hac vice.
