State Court E-Filing

Beginning October 13, 2020, all e-filers must have a PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) account in order to utilize our electronic filing system.

There is no charge to e-file your records!

PACER assesses charges for viewing court documents.  State courts will not view documents, but instead only e-file documents.
