On March 15, 2025 eVoucher 6.11 and VMS 1.0 will be released with features that are listed below.
CJA eVoucher Release 6.11 does the following:
- Implements Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments for external users
- Interfaces with VMS
- Provides updates to the Users Manager
- Provides updates to AUTH-24 and CJA-24 to comply with the Guide
- Provides reporting changes and additions
The VMS 1.0 release includes the following features:
- Secure multifactor Authentication (MFA)
- Electronic W-9 Collection
- Vendor Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/Name Validation with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- United States Postal Service (USPS) Address Validation for 1099 Addresses
- Collection of EFT Banking Information
- Integration with CJA eVoucher and the Judiciary Integrated Financial Management System (JIFMS)
- Management of Employee/Business Relationships
- Allowing only one vendor per TIN
