Procedure for Filing Fee Petitions
When filing fee petitions in Social Security cases, a copy of the Social Security Administration's award letter must accompany the petition. Counsel also is required to provide a sworn, itemized statement of all time expended representing the client before this court.
If these items are not filed, an order will be entered requiring counsel to do so within 10 days. If the items are filed, the petition will be reviewed and a decision will be made. If these items are not filed in timely manner, the petition will be denied.
